Return of merchandise
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to refund, or exchange any item provided: it is returned in its original and fully resaleable condition and returned within 7 days of receipt of your order for the UK, 21 days WORLDWIDE.
We will only refund the purchase price, no refund will be given for postage and packing. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items. Refunds should be complete usually within 14 days.
We strive to always provide our customers with good quality products. Should you find a fault with any of our products, please email us and return it and we will get it replaced and reimburse reasonable postage costs.
